Upon admission to UCF, all undergraduate students (freshmen/First Time in College and transfers) are required to attend an Orientation session. Our primary goal at Orientation is to assist students and their families with the transition to attending and experiencing UCF.

If you attended Orientation in Summer 2022, you may sign in here to access your Post-Orientation content!

Additional information on Spring 2023 Orientation sessions will be updated on this website soon. Please continue to check back! Dates for Transfer Spring 2023 Orientations can be found here and FTIC dates can be found here

Please utilize the tabs above and select the student type and campus that corresponds to where you plan to enroll in classes to learn more about Orientation.

During Orientation, students work with advisors to plan out a class schedule, receive information on a variety of student services, explore ways to get involved with groups and events on campus, be introduced to academic policies and support services, and meet with new students (and make new friends!).

Students will have their first opportunity to register for their first classes at Orientation, so it is helpful for students to review the Online Course Catalog and Undergraduate Catalog prior to attending.

You are encouraged to register for and attend the earliest Orientation session possible! It will ease your mind knowing everything is in order and that you are fully prepared to begin your career at UCF. To do so, it will be crucial that you immediately begin working on completion of your Task List items in a timely manner!

We also offer a Family & Guest Orientation program that runs concurrently to our student program. More information can be found here!

We are very excited to serve you as you become acquainted with UCF and look forward to seeing you at Orientation. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions!
