Orientation Modules

Although the Orientation experience will be completed remotely, you are expected to still be available for the entirety of your UCF Success Session and Advising & Enrollment Session. Your Orientation experience includes a Virtual Orientation Webcourse. This content should be completed at least 3 business days prior to your Orientation date. This Webcourse has 3 parts:

University Content (Sections 1-4 of the Webcourse)

The first section consists of content designed to give you a foundation for your student experience here at UCF. You will learn more about student life, academic support resources available, and the role you play in keeping UCF safe for all of our Knights. At the end of this section, you will submit the “Part 1:  University Content Completion Form” to indicate that you have completed this section of your Orientation experience. It will take you approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete this Part of your Orientation experience.

Academic College Web Content (Section 5 of the Webcourse)

This content is designed to help you prepare to meet with your academic advisor, plan your schedule, and register for classes. At the end of this part, you will find your “Part 2:  Academic College Web Content Completion Form” to submit to have this section of your experience marked as completed. This content should be completed no less than 3 business days prior to your Orientation session. If you change your major or have been added to the wrong Colleges, Webcourse, please contact fye@ucf.edu

Success Session, Enrollment Support, and Your First Year at UCF (Sections 6-7 of the Webcourse)

The last two sections of this Webcourse are focused on helping your prepare for your UCF Success Session, your Advising & Enrollment Session, and provide you with more details about some key resources for your first year at UCF. While this content is not required for you to review it is recommended that you use this as a reference throughout your transition to UCF.
