Where To Park
Parking for any Orientation attendees is in Parking Garage B or Parking Lot B9.
Parking Garage B is located off of Gemini Boulevard West. Its exact address is 4799 Hydra Ln, Orlando, FL 32816.
If you requested a mobility-related accommodation and/or need accessible parking, you can park in Parking Lot B9, just past Parking Garage B located also off of Gemini Boulevard West. Please note: if you requested this parking option, please follow the instructions emailed to you after you park.

When parking in Garage B, please avoid spaces designated for employees or expectant mothers to avoid a citation from Parking & Transportation Services. In addition, back-in parking is not permitted and will result in a citation; please park nose-in.
If you choose to park in any other location, please purchase a Virtual Daily Permit.
Important: Don’t forget to print your parking permit for Orientation! This was sent to the email account associated with your Orientation reservation (and also to the email account of any family member or guest that is reserved for Family & Guest Orientation too!). Please print and place in your vehicle’s dashboard BEFORE entering the parking garage or parking lot.
Arrival
The day has come for Orientation! By now, you’ve done all necessary pre-arrival tasks, so all that is left is to arrive early to prevent any issues arising from traffic delays.
Once you park, ensure that your parking pass is on your vehicle’s dashboard. Upon exiting Parking Garage B, our Orientation Leaders (OLs) can help provide directions to the Student Union.
You will recognize them by their smiles, their black New Student and Family Programs polos, and khaki or black bottoms! Additionally, there will be signs along the route to help guide you to the Student Union for Check-In.
Check-In
Please enter the Student Union in the MAIN south entrance located to the left of the Smoothie King. See a helpful map here for details.
